For a very nice walk within the Haven, drive to Sandy Haven and park about quarter of a mile up the hill from the slipway (don’t go any further as it is hard to turn round). From here follow the path through the fields to the old coastguard lookout and then left along the coastal path. This will take you past many pretty but inaccessible coves. However when you reach the bridge you will find a very small path down to a hidden beach. The path down is steep but there is usually a rope to aid your descend. It is worth the effort. Past this the path continues through some woodland till it eventually comes out at Sandy Haven and a short walk up the road back to your car.
